Batman investigates the appearance of a wolf creature in Gotham, not
realizing that the monster happens to be one of Bruce Wayne's
associates - Anthony Romulus, ex-Olympic champion and media spokesman.

VIDEO: The Alaskan Timber Wolf hunts in pairs or in packs. Contrary to
the way this predator is commonly depicted in wildlife adventure films.
ALFRED: Thinking of acquiring a new pet, Master Bruce?

HAMNER: What do you want?
BULLOCK: About them two wolves somebody boosted. There was no sign of
forced entry here, y'know? So I'm figuring somebody must have unlocked
the cages and looked the other way!
BULLOCK SLAMS HAMNER AGAINST THE TIMBER WOLVES' CAGE.
BULLOCK: I've been checkin' you out, Hamner. Seems last week your bank
account suddenly got bigger by a few grand. So what's the story? I want
the truth before I decide to feed you to your furry friends here.

BATMAN: Do me a favor, Shaggy. . .
BATMAN SLUGS THE WEREWOLF WITH A 2 BY 4.
BATMAN: Stay down!
THE WEREWOLF BREAKS THE BOARD.
BATMAN: Guess not.

MILO: You know, my friend, I'm innocent. They can't convict me of a
thing.
GORDON: Don't bet on it.
Review: The poorest episode of
Batman yet. There are many animation flaws and the story is disjointed
at parts. When Professor Milo is re-telling the Werewolf origin through
narration, the past version of him often ends up continuing the story
and then the present finishes it. It is very confusing to what part is
the past and which is the present.
More problems include Romulus' shirt which changes from a beige color to
grey and back again. Also, when Milo is thrown out of his shack, he is
wearing a shirt. When he gets up outside, he is wearing a jacket. As to
how he got it on so fast. . . ? Batman's chest logo also loses it's
yellow background color sometimes.
This story was much more impressive in the comic from which it was
taken. This episode would have also benefited with a bit of a continuity
expert, and better animation.
