I never fail to enjoy Mxyzptlk--either in his first episode or this
one, I'm always laughing at what he does and the voice (provided by
Gilbert Gottfried) fits the character perfectly. Definitely a great
Superman character, I wish we were able to see more of him..
Back to the episode at hand, "Little Big Head Man" puts Bizarro with
Mxyzptlk in a excellent story line--delivering fights, funnies and the
usual Superman episode goodness in a great package.
After Bizarro finishes protecting his "world" for another day, he
retires to his own Fortress of Solitude to converse with his "replicas"
of Lois, Luthor and Superman. After he plays with Kyrpto for a bit, he
hears a voice, who later turns out to be Mxy, only he's on Lois's
"body". Mxy was still hurting after Superman had humiliated him in "Mxyzpixilated",
so he turned the ever-clueless Bizarro against Superman and Lois,
stating they were making fun of him behind his back.
Aside from the fact this episode really served no purpose in the end,
it, like I said earlier, was a great humor relief to watch after we had
some more serious episodes.
