century, but I haven't been able to figure out what the cord was

Review
A rather sad episode, “Ro’s Reunion” gives Ro the false hope that a TV
show, “Skyes the Limit” had found her brother. When Ro is talked into
going onto the program, Zeta finds out that it’s nothing more than a
hoax. The producer of the show recruited actors to play the missing
relatives or parents of the children who came to an orphanage looking
for their family. The girl who worked at the orphanage would then set up
a phony meeting with “Skyes the Limit” in return for a fee. The scam was
eventually revealed on television by Zeta and Ro and the host of the
show pledged to find all the families that were lead to believe
something else.
This is the first of the un-aired episodes that the Kids WB! in the
United States didn’t air. It’s a real shame, as it’s a really emotional
episode, albeit a bit dark in its nature (tricking kids into thinking
they’ve found their mother or brother after years of searching is a bit
harsh, even if it’s resolved in the end). Perhaps that’s why Kids WB!
never aired it; or simply because it wasn’t another action-packed
explosion filled show (although a chase sequence with Zeta and the NSA
invading the TV studio was present). Not really sure, but irregardless,
it was a great episode.
As I said before, the subject matter was a tad dark. It would have
passed over most kids heads I think, but I just found it to be somewhat
of a rough lesson for Ro. Not only was she tricked into thinking that
she was meeting her long lost brother, but the NSA picked up on her and
Zeta’s tale after she appeared on national TV.
Animation and music was pretty standard The Zeta Project fare.
There was nothing that stood out on either the good or bad spectrum. It
was a solid episode in both story and dialogue and hopefully more fans
will be able to see the show down the line.
